Geek Sighting

So, there I am, driving along I-95, trying to think of what other places I can check for the yarn my Lady wanted me to pick up, when a dark blue Dodge Intrepid pulls in front of me. It seemed a thoroughly normal car, until my eye drifted o the license plate. Four characters: IDIC. My brain immediately asked, "Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations?"

I gave the good old Vulcan "Live Long and Prosper" salute. The guy driving saw me in his rear-view mirror, and saluted back. I pulled off onto I-93 satisfied that I had, in fact, just had a close enconter of the nerd kind...
