Twice Is Conincidence...
Nov. 1st, 2003 07:51 pmSo, today my Lady and I went out to see the wonderful Bruce Campbell flick, Bubba Ho-Tep, which concerns a geriatric Elvis and Ozzie Davis as JFK fighting a mummy.
A gent in a three-quarter sleeve jersey with a prominent number "23" stepped onto our train to Kendall Square.
On the way to the theatre from the T, while crossing some train tracks, it was noted that OMNI upside down reads as INWO.
Afterwards, browsing over the discount books outside Borders revealed three different Elvis biographical books. Inside the store was a big hanging poster advertising JFK history books.
Coincidence?
I thought the movie was excellent. It also had a trailer for something else excellent. Like 1950s vintage sci-fi? Go look into The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra, to be released in early 2004.
