Can You Really Call it Doctor Who...

The rights to the classic Doctor Who enemies called the Daleks are held jointly by the Terry Nation estate and by the BBC. The BBC reports that they couldn't come to a mutual agreement on terms for their use.

Personally, I think this means that a few people (maybe at the BBC, maybe at the Nation estate, or both, I dunno) need to be taken out and shot. Nay, exterminated. Someone in there doesn't care what the fans might want.
