My Impression of Pecos Bill
Aug. 18th, 2006 09:11 amMonday, I got my wisdom teeth removed - my first experience with full anaesthesia.
Wednesday, my wife learned that her Godmother is in hospice care, dying of breast cancer.
Yesterday evening we spent with a college buddy of mine.
Today I am at work, but I'll be knocking off early. I go and get my car's oil changed, pack, buy a new toothbrush, and (somewhat against my better judgement, but other alternativbes are even less wise) drive from Boston to my parent's place on Long Island.
My folks are moving overseas, home to Latvia, in the autumn. So, I need to get my old crap out of their house.
Saturday, I drive from LI to the Catskills, to visit with my old college gaming group for an evening.
Sunday, I come back to Boston.
Yee-ha! That thar's some twister! Sancho, hand me my lasso...
