Two unconnected thoughts...

1) Hey, you punk! Let the little old lady sit down, for crying out loud! You're a strapping young man, and she's a frail thing. It isn't like a couple subway stops standing are going to do you any harm. Stop being a lazy, selfish twerp and try being nice for a change!

2) Putting an offer on a house makes me check my e-mail far, far too many times a day.
