I'm sorry you've had such a bad time with them. We haven't had such issues, but then again, we haven't actually had to deal with them much, either. We pay the bill, the phone gets signal, and we're happy.
Even the mix-up with the phone case isn't Sprint's fault - that was the guy at the store, specifically, who gave me the wrong model, probably in an honest mistake.
