I read this today in a sidebar on Sci Fi Wire:
"Jamey Sheridan has joined CBS' supernatural drama pilot Babylon Fields, about a Long Island town where the dead come to life; Sheridan will play a zombie, a former bullying man and a wife-beater, according to The Hollywood Reporter."
This, in and of itself, isn't really major news. Except for the fact that I grew up in Babylon Township (the hamlet of North Babylon, to be precise). I am struck with the image of zombie teenagers under the "Flying W", a bit of a goofy landmark in front of my old high school. Not that dissimilar from reality?
