I was just thinking the other day that I'd heard a story a few years back about these sort of machines being invented, but hadn't heard anything since. I was wondering if they were still in development or had been either abandoned or had the idea bought up and locked away.
They sound like the perfect vehicle for print on demand, smaller authors or older less in demand works. I really hope they catch on.
